MC COLLIN KEPT ON BENCH AS MAGPIES LOSE TO LIGHTNING

Kalifa McCollin saw no action as her team, Collingwood Magpies lost to the Sunshine Coast Lightning 67-65 on Saturday at the USC Stadium in Australia.

Mc Colling is not having the best season as she is having limited minutes, and this game is the third game she did not feature at all.

Shimona Nelson led Magpies with 52 goals while Cara Koenen led Lightning with 46 goals.

With the loss, Magpies remain 5th on the standings with 12 points, while Lightning remain at the top of the table.

Round 8 will be completed on Thursday with the unbeaten Fever playing bottom placed Vixens.
