Cricket West Indies and the Pakistan Cricket Board will meet this morning to determine if the West Indies tour will continue after T20 Vice-captain and ODI captain Shai Hope has been tested positive for Covid-19, alongside left-arm spinner Akeal Hosein, allrounder Justin Greaves, bowling coach Roddy Estwick and team physician Dr. Akshai Mansingh. They were found to be positive after being administered PCR tests on Wednesday. The three players will therefore miss the upcoming matches as they have been isolated from the rest of the team for 10 days. Five players are now unavailable due to Covid and one due to a finger injury. Once all the members of the touring party have been tested again, the CWI and PCB will meet on Thursday morning to determine if the tour will continue.
